This website and all other related websites on which a link to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") is displayed, and the Netleap content and services available on or through any of the foregoing (collectively, our "Service") are provided to you by Netleap, Inc., located at 22524 Sambar Loop, Anchorage, AK USA ("Netleap").

  • Local telecommunications laws and regulations

  • Anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations where applicable

2A.2 Singapore Compliance

Users in Singapore must comply with:

  • Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) Regulations: The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service platform for authentication and does not constitute a public telecommunications service. However, users must ensure their use complies with Singapore's telecommunications regulations.
  • Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA): Users must ensure their data handling practices comply with PDPA requirements.
  • Cybersecurity Act: Users must report any cybersecurity incidents that may affect critical information infrastructure.
  • Computer Misuse Act: Users must not use the Service for unauthorized access to computer systems or networks.

2A.3 Hong Kong Compliance

Users in Hong Kong must comply with:

  • Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) Requirements: The Service provides authentication software services and does not operate as a public telecommunications service.
  • Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO): Users must handle personal data in compliance with the PDPO's data protection principles.
  • Crimes Ordinance: Users must not use the Service to access, intercept, or damage computer systems without authorization.

2A.4 User Responsibility for Compliance

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Netleap does not provide legal advice, and you should consult with legal counsel if you have questions about the legality of your intended use.

2A.5 Cooperation with Authorities

Netleap reserves the right to:

  • Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities

  • NON-INFRINGEMENT

9.1 Limitation of Liability

NETLEAP'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL NETLEAP BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE
  • DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION
  • SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
